It’s no a secret that there are 2 main “human” aspects on a workplace:
• Money, that is, wages, or own profit
• Interest. This means the realization of dreams, education, life experiences, hobbies etc.
Of course, we can consider only that work as an ideal, which combines both these aspects. Unfortunately, this does not occur as often as we would like, so … we change work from time to time.
What motivates us to look for a new job? We will discuss typical reasons in this article below, but as for now we assume that the main motivation for the change of work is our dissatisfaction with one aspect or another, or both of them together.
So, let us work together to reason, when it is the moment of transition from reflection to action.
Wages are not rising
The most popular motive is the financial one. I have worked for a company during the long period of time; have invested much energy and ideas in it. But my salary now and the salary I have started with are the same.
“We have got a period of formation in the firm, we are just beginning and indicators do not predict the growth of wages according to the last quarter of…” Once we cease to meet such phrases of our boss.
